CAMO Marketing Has Launched 3 Niche Websites
In addition to serving as a fractional CMO and partnering on various marketing projects, CAMO has expanded as a media company with e-commerce and niche websites in golf and automotive. For CAMO clients in every industry, the declaration has always been that every company needs to become a media company. This is one of those moments where you practice what your preach with content marketing as traffic = $$$.
MyGrenadier.com – Automotive Community
The most recent site launch banks on belief that brands should be at the center of a community and content from the brand and from community is the magnet that pulls new members in. Launched in December 2023, MyGrenadier.com is a news website and user forum dedicated to the new INEOS Grenadier. The goal is to build a community of Grenadier owners and fans and grow the community as the off-roader gains traction in North America.
30Putts.com – Putting Instruction Website
Launched in October 2023, 30Putts.com was built to help golfers lower their scores by curating the best putting resources available online. While always a work in progress, the goal is to have a repository with hundreds of putting drills, tips and instruction from the leading teaching pros along with reviews of everything that has to do with putting – putters, books, training aids, etc.
TheGolfArchitects.com – Golf Architecture Course Database
Built as a searchable database of golf courses designed by the game’s greatest architects, TheGolfArchitects.com now boasts more than 800 course listings. The site will soon top 2,000 courses from 18 legendary golf course architects. It’s the only golf course database focused on golf architecture and is sortable by course name, architect, country, state/province/region, and course type – private or public.
Whether you call them blogs, niche websites, or media sites, this push into Content-to-Commerce is an exceptional sandbox for marketing experimentation. Lessons learned in content creation, promotion, and distribution will be applied to client websites in the B2B and B2C brands.
